The pulse of the frame drum is beating once again as potent medicine for modern times. Drumming is a powerful and accessible practice to connect women back to an ancient lineage of empowered women, who’s bodies, hearts and minds pulse with the primordial power of the embodied feminine divine.

This weekly circle is for experienced frame drummers. We will be playing traditional rhythms along with learning new longer patterns in both the lap style and upright playing positions.

Join in the rhtyhm play, herstory, meditation, mudra, mythology and ceremony of sacred drumming.
